THE SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM

Baptism is the welcoming of your child into our faith community. Through this sacrament you are professing for your child a desire to be part of our parish family and to learn about the Catholic faith. We as all new parents to attend a baptism class prior to the baptism of their first child.

Godparent Guidelines

• One male or one female or one of each
• Must be over 16 years of age
• Not a parent of the child being baptized
• One of the Godparents is a confirmed Catholic
